It doesn't even have an official due date and it's still being called one of the best looking games of the year. I think this, along with the upcoming PS3 price cut, is going to make the PS3 the popular, superior system it was destined to be. If you ask me, Halo is no match for God of War.
cannot wait for this and Bioshock 2...some great games coming out...PS3 is getting better and better. Started off a bit slow when released, but I think the new games in production and the ones out currently are making up for that. This year and next year will be great years for PS3.
I'm glad I took the gamble and chose PS3 with games like this. Still wish i had Gears of War too though :(

I've played GoW 1 and 2,both are the greatest action games i've played.I cannot wait for God of War 3!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I'm not a ps3 or xbox 360 fanboy but I do own both. So I can judge the games that come in those platforms. Do not compare GOW3 with Halo. They are both different games. That I loved God of War 1 hell yes GOW 2 not that much, and this one is turning out freaking amazing. If you are going to compare Halo compare it with Killzone. Which Halo is better than Killzone not in the graphics but the overall gameplay, and I think Halo 3 is overrated. There is a great game that the xbox does'nt have which I think it is one of the best storys ever told & with legendary characters. Of course I'm talking about MGS, and its because of its ordinary style of controls which make it fun. But the Xbox 360 also has a game that is nothing like any other game and that is Gears of War. No the story is not that great but the biggest thing it has to offer online gameplay which is highly addictive. No other game has made me spend more hours online than Gears of War, it is just straight out fun. So there you have it fanboys feel free to write back or just make fun of my comment or punctuation...
hmm very cool and amazing. Very detailed graphics, great combat and the frame rate is so smooth. I own a 360, i am now going to have to get a PS3 for this game.
HOLY CRAP THIS LOOKS AWESOME!!!!! PS3 has tons of games X-BOX doesn't and i love that because i am a PS3 owner.
another reason why I went out and bought a PS3 this week. I know, I know...a little late getting one, but frankly the Xbox 360 wasn't satisfying my needs hahahah
