This was the first god of war game i ever played i got the demo a long time before i actually got the game and i loved it lots. The first level really drew me in to the game with a great start including plenty of enemies, good platforming and a great boss fight to top it off. When you kill Poseidon it is one of the most brutal kills ever in a game. I was worried that the combat would get very button mashy but it wasn't, upgrading weapons and getting new powers delivers more fun and excitement to your gaming.
Puzzle add a nice change to the game and really get you thinking to complete them. The boss fight are my favourite thing about the game you fight everything from scorpions to titans to gods!!!
One thing i didn't like about the game is kratos, at times he can be really cruel and well a bit of an arse.
Overall God of war is a must have game for anyone with a ps3
