Kratos is a bad ass.

User Rating: 9.5 | God of War: Ghost of Sparta PSP
GOW:GOS is the most fun I've had playing a PSP game. It sticks to the traditional, epic God of War formula, and pushes the boundaries that its predecessor GOW:COO had set. The first plus side is the story. Kratos is trying to find his long lost brother that he failed to protect when the was younger...I know, we keep finding out that he has yet another family member with each game! All I can say is expect awesomeness to ensue when you find him. The best upgrade to this game is the fact that it has many, really cool boss fights that weren't present in GOW:COO. And trust me, the graphical detail on these dastardly usurpers is, at the very least, PS2 quality. Ready-At-Dawn has proved for the third time that they are a great developer who can release fun, gorgeous looking games with intuitive controls. Let's hope that these guys work on console games in the near future! Seriously, once I played this I couldn't put it down because I always kept moving into brand new, highly detailed environments with enemy ambushes at every corner. It's exciting! And the Specials this time are more helpful in combat than COO. All in all, COO was awesome...but this is better!
