GameFAQs Saves Don't Transfer On Vita?

When I try to transfer the save files from here onto the Vita, the files are moved--I can see them in the "Application Data" folder in Settings. But in the game, it only sees ones I've done.

I was able to do this without any problems on my PSP. Anyone know if they added console-lock to the digital version's saves?
