Addictive multiplayer, eye pleasing graphics, solid gameplay and a great storyline.

God of War Ascension's multiplayer is one of a kind. You dont really see a game with a combat so fierce coupled with amazing graphics. The maps are good and well thought out, but I would have liked some more. Never the less, I have certainly enjoyed the multiplayer a lot. Even if you complete the multiplayer as, say Hades, you can start playing again by following a different God, say Ares, which makes it re-playable. There are a lot of weapons, armors and special powers to choose from. They unlock as you level up which makes the game very addictive as you are always trying to gain more XP and level up to unlock those good things. The gameplay is polished and gives you time for blocking attacks and make counter attacks. It requires skill which could be gained by practicing in the rotunda of olympus. More skilled the player, more success he will attain in the multiplayer.
I have played about 3 hours of single player and have not completed it as the multiplayer is so addictive. Single player is great but the only thing I didn't like is the fact that the camera angles at some point were not appropriate and didn't center around Kratos. But that doesnt bother me at all. I am highly impressed with the game in all other terms and aspects. 5 stars!
