To be fair, Kratos could not be any more unlikable than he is. I think they could improve him, but everything else would be worse.

I actually like Ninja Theory, but their games are nowhere near as polished as the stuff these guys make.

Kratos is now a 27 year old that acts like he's 13, he has long flowing blond hair. In an opening cutscene a bald cap falls on his head. He will then say "Not in a million years." Gaia is his girlfriend and with his brother Ares, they must stop Hades from taking over the world by making everyone watch prepaid Colosseum fights making them lazy and fat. Kratos is also no longer a demigod, but just a regular god.

Ares will also Stab persephone in the stomach while she is pregnant. Also Kratos will get into a swearing match with aphrodite who is actually a giant blob of flesh who yells. **** you.

It would be no different, because SONY ain't no Crapcom, and even if they let NT make the game they would't let them crap all over the franchise.

Well DMC is actually pretty good, even with the worse looking Dante. NT is a talented studio and anyone whose played Heavenly Sword, Enslaved and DMC know they are pretty good at doing locations, cinematic actions scenes and character interaction.

BUT they have the mind set of old characters like the 35 to 40 year old Dante(DMC4) isn't appealing.

Luckily Sony probably wouldn't allow them to deviate too far from the core design.

Agreed, we can't forget the dubstep though.

To be fair, until they came along, all the CV 3D games were awful. There wasn’t much for them to ruin.

NT is a talented studio and anyone whose played Heavenly Sword, Enslaved and DMC know they are pretty good at doing locations, cinematic actions scenes and character interaction.

All while botching gameplay. This series isn’t about that crap.

Most of them were terrible, but Lament of Innocence is great.

I can agree. I think NT's games are pretty excellent and they do well in a number of areas including action scenes and gameplay. But they do have a certain taste for teenage rebellious attitudes. But you're right. Sony would make them keep a tighter rein on the original games than the revision Capcom wanted them to do. IMO, a reboot isn't exactly the way to go for GOW. It needs to be continued and expanded, even if 3 games later, it feels radically different than now. But a reboot isn't the way to go here.
