It's incredible. The story is incredible. The gameplay is incredible the graphics are not over the top but the are definitly some of the best on the PS2. This games fighting system is awesome. It's not as complex as lets say "Devil May Cry 3" but it gets the job done. It's still fun and it's a lot like Zelda in the way that it's very simple to play only it's not just hack and slash and it's not repetitive at all. The other amazing aspect of this game is that it isn't entirely skill based which it easily could have been. This game could easily be entirely skill based action but it isn't. What I really love about this game is that it requires you to use yout head, which many games today don't do enough. That is what was great about "Prince of Persian: and the Sands of Time." It wasn't just mindless action, the puzzles in the game really make you think and have just the right amount of challenge but without the frustration that comes with many puzzels in games. The game's story is one of the best I've played, I mean it's a classic greek mythology tale and I personally love Greek mythology. The soundtrack and the lady who does the narration (I can't remember her name, look it up) just fits perfectly. Everything in this game just fits together perfectly and anyone who owns a PS2 should get this game. "God of War" is an incredible experience and it is not worth missing.
