Good graphics, nice atmosphere but too easy and lacking of depth and complexity. The military: a disaster!

You gotta forgive this game for what it attempts. It is extremely ambitious, and goes where other city builders leav off

Easy to pick up and play, and you can play it for a short while and feel like you have accomplished something.
