Tedious and Boring.

GITS:SAC is the 2nd. PSP game but at this time the FPS won't survive in the PSP.
It controls horribly with too much changes at the standardPSP FPS controls and it's uncomfortable.
The graphics are blurry and don't see very good.
The sound is tepid and annoying.
The 50 weapons in the game are like 25 but the others are the same weapon but with different color and design.
The multiplayer is great and fun.
But the worst thing comes.... the AI !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
If there is AI is very small AI, your tachikoma puts in front of you in the most 'intense' battles, and the enemies that looks awful and move awful too are kinda stupid.
The game is worth a rental but no more.
GITS:SAC is dissapointing and boring.
Rent it first!
