I've put in some time with this game just to get some of the darn achievement points.. I must admit, I'm an addict when it comes to them.. Anyway, I must have missed out on the original craze with Geometry Wars because I never caught on. If you've read my reviews, I'm a lousy FPS gamer and you won't catch me at a Halo or Gears of War online session. For me this was the same experience. Sometimes I just want a game to be easy and move on.. I'm not one to break out the cheat codes the second I open the box but give me some training levels and let me work up to some level of proficiency. But this game is no complicated FPS game, it's meant to be a easy distraction but this gamer sure never got good at it.. That said I didn't have much fun at it either..
