Gameplay 10- Take the formula of the first GW, add six different modes as well as more multiplayer, with each new mode being unlocked as you play the previous, as you aim for the top score. Quite a few new enemies have been added as well. With the neat one being 'gates' that will reflect your bullets different directions. Also the genome collecting concept from the Wii version is here too.
Graphics 10- Remember all those pretty lines that made the colorful shapes? Now those shapes are truely 3D and HD. Black holes turn the field into a rainbow of color.
Sound 10- Awesome remixed soundtrack that keeps the feeling of the situation alive. The music even slows down when you die.
Fun Factor 9- This game is as every bit of fun to play, and even more hurtful on the eyes as the first game.
Replay Value 9- Replay depends on how determined you are to reach the top of the leaderboards, although this is only one of the reasons to keep coming back. Geometry Wars takes the most out of skill, wit, and a quick trigger finger to emerge victorious.
