1 Like This mode looks so good. Shame that it wasn't added to Gears 3 but oh well. Hopefully the story will be different enough to justify a purchase!
everyone keeps saying more of the same and negative comments on lots of new games. the reason for this is we need next gen consoles to make everything seem new and fresh better graphics ai and a new controller to put in ur hands thats how i feel
4 Like I don't understand the hate. Every Gears game has expanded and improved upon the previous one. And there's something for pretty much everyone. Single player (or 4 player co-op) camaign, competitive multiplayer (now both symmetrical and asymmetrical, with Overrun), Horde mode (which is, in my opinion, the best co-op "Fight off waves" experience in shooters). I'm wondering if this is replacing Beast mode, or being added in addition. Probably replacing, as Beast was a bit shallow.
And there's more than a year in between releases. GeOW3 was fall 2011, Judgment is Q2 2013. Now, I certainly don't think this game will bring any new fans to the series, because it's obviously not a big overhaul of the core gameplay, but I don't see why it can't please fans of the series. I'm certainly looking forward to it.

this shud have been a dlc im afraid that all the games are turning out like cal of duty series witch concentrates on quantity & not quality

@sgt_F79 Not trolling, just dont understand why change the entire formula to match other games like battlefield when your franchise was doing just fine.
@JJB03 Yah but instead of there being one boomshot on a map, now you just pick cole and you have it . hopefully its just this mode if not , i say no thanx
@slonekb05 It looks like the classes might be only for this game type but I could be wrong although adding classes gets rid of the FIRST ONE WHO GETS TO THE BOOMSHOT WINS kind of gameplay and means you don't have to know the map inside out which can be seen as a good and bad thing
Utterly ruined my fav parts of GOW in order to make THAT competitive now crap too.Utterly ruined. Forget this game.
