Early access to overrun for U.S

If you live in the U.S and preorder judgement, you get early access to overrun.

Starts on the 15th of march. Stats do carry over

Well, I am curious how this will be provided.. I already pre-ordered it and have the receipt, but you know.. this wasn't announced yet, so am I going to have to go back and ask for the code or whatever at a later time?

it says "to gamestop powered members" so what if I don't have that and just go in and preorder it, do I still get the early access?

It didn't say "Powerup Rewards Pro" or something, so you don't need to pay anything to get it. The basic membership is free, while the paid version gives you the bonus things like 10% extra on trades and such.
