New media: Dragon Warrior III
Check out new movies of the US version of Enix's Game Boy Color RPG.
We brought you the first information on and screenshots from Dragon Warrior VII yesterday, and now we have new movies of Dragon Warrior III for the Game Boy Color in action. The Dragon Warrior series, know as Dragon Quest in Japan, is produced by Yuji Horii; its character design is by Akira Toriyama, who worked on the Dragon Ball Z comics and cartoon; and its music is composed by Koichi Sugiyama, whose works include music for G-Force and Ultraman.
Features new to the Game Boy Color version of Dragon Warrior III include a field log so players can save their game at any time, a system for collecting and trading monster medals, improved combat animation, bigger sprites, larger text fonts, and a new minigame.
