Level select
At main menu press: Left, Right, Up, Down, L, R, Hold start and press A. This will unlock a option that displays all the levels

Get Police Bribes at Hideout

| Police Bribes at Hideout | Complete 10 Vigilante Missions to get one police bribe at your hideout. Complete 20 on each island to get six police bribes at your hideout. |
Never get tired when running
Complete 12 Paramedic missions to never get tired when running.
Package Rewards
As you collect the hidden packages, weapons will be delivered to your hideout.

While in a car, hold Up and release the gas. Your car will continue at the same speed you were at when beginning the sequence.
