First look: Pitfall: The Mayan Adventure

Majesco has released the first screenshots from Pitfall: The Mayan Adventure for the Game Boy Advance. Similar to the original Pitfall--which appeared on the Atari 2600--and a remake of the SNES game of the same name, Pitfall: The Mayan Adventure for the Game Boy Advance features Pitfall Harry Jr. as he searches for treasure in South American rainforests. There will be 10 levels to explore and additional bonus worlds exclusive to the Game Boy Advance version.
Pitfall: The Mayan Adventure will feature the same 2D platforming gameplay from previous versions of the series and will be available for the North American launch of the Game Boy Advance on June 11. We'll have more information on Pitfall: The Mayan Adventure when it becomes available.
