Activision developing Jackie Chan games
The company will release games based on the Saturday morning show Jackie Chan Adventures on Nintendo platforms.
Activision has confirmed that it has secured the worldwide rights to develop and publish games based on the Saturday morning television show Jackie Chan Adventures for Nintendo platforms. The company has already announced that the first game based on the license will be released for the Nintendo Game Boy Advance. The title will be shown at the upcoming E3 in Los Angeles.
"Jackie Chan is one of the most popular action personalities in the world," stated Ron Doornink, president and COO, Activision. "Building on the television series' rich storylines, we will be able to create viscerally thrilling games that will give Jackie's fans a whole new way to experience his elaborate acrobatic feats and comedic antics."
Specific gameplay information was not released.
