E3 2001 Preshow Report: Capcom announces Final Fight One

The GBA's own Final Fight is coming to the US.

Capcom has confirmed that the upcoming GBA remake of the arcade classic Final Fight is coming to the US. As urban ninja Guy and his friends Mike Haggar and Cody, players must take to the streets of Metro City in order to beat up the vile Mad Gear Gang. Final Fight One will allow for two-player cooperative play by means of a link cable, and it will include the Rolento stage missing from the SNES port.

Look for hands-on impressions of Final Fight One from the show floor. The game is planned for release in July.
