As someone who can recall when Gaunlet hit the arcades and pumping £s into the local machine, I was kinda glad to find this update in the second-hand-bin of my local game shop (it was cheap enough to chuck on ebay if it was no good!!). But, to my surprise, its pretty playable, simple controls and simpler plot. If you're looking for something like Halo look elsewhere, but this is a fun time-waster. And my partner (who is new to gaming and really is only at a stage where he wants to play simple games) loves it. A 2nd-hand bargain and maybe one to keep the kids quiet for a few hours too.
