gauntlet is one of those games your gonna want to play over and over again because it's just so damn fun. there are some characters to unlock each has to level up to level up to lv 99 and each ten level they slightly change their appearances and as if that wasn't enough each characters has two special attacks. the major point of the game however is not even the characters but the boss battles, because they are so damn fun and you can fight the bosses again anytime you want it and each time they give you money which lets you upgrade your character's stats and buy more equipment. this game however is a bit boring alone and even almost impossible so the multiplayer really adds to the fun to give one the best beat them up experience. the game's levels however are a bit repetitive because it most of the times consist of killing enemies and avoiding explosions but the occasional dragons,death,grim reapers and kamikaze enemies should distract you enough and if you really get bored of always killing enemies then the distinct environments and the switches needed to opens doors should give you a bit of fresh air.
