Worst Game of the Year on Xbox

Unfortunately, not all games can be good, but some turn out to be especially poor. These are the games that aren't forgotten as quickly as the many lackluster games that are published each season; these particularly bad games gain notoriety for being so remarkably flawed. They're not necessarily disappointing, since no one really expected much of them in the first place, but then again, no one could have been prepared for just how lousy these games turned out to be. It's a regrettable commendation, but even so, GameSpot now presents you with the Worst Xbox Game of the Year:

Gravity Games Bike: Street Vert Dirt

It isn't all surf and sun when it comes to Xbox games. As with any gaming platform, you're going to get your share of awful games on Microsoft's system. While there was some debate among the staff when it came to determining the Xbox's lowest point, the staff eventually agreed upon the curiously though decidedly underproduced BMX game Gravity Games Bike: Street Vert Dirt.

Gravity Games is aggressively broken and obviously unfinished. The physics are a mess, the levels look horrible, and the clipping is a joke. While you could try to make a case for the awful nature of any of our runners-up, none of those games were as obscenely unfinished as Gravity Games. Perhaps that's why the game seems to be available only at a select few warehouse-style discount stores instead of being distributed to gaming specialty shops.

When it comes to Gravity Games Bike, there's only one thing you really need to know: Don't play this game.
