Tippy Toe Lemon Tree Achievement
Here's one way to get the achievement. You should not have too much of a hard time getting it. For those that don't know how to use the Pause feature. The play is an Inside Cross under Standard Pass. Just hit the TE (Y) before he goes out of bounds.

Safety and Sound Achievement
Force a safety on the other team. You can try to do this legit or an easier way as shown in this video. Get to your endzone and force a turnover and then just go offsides and sack the QB. Make sure to turn off offsides penalty in settings.
