Alien Hominid beamed up to factory
O3 Entertainment's quirky extraterrestrial 2D side-scroller goes gold and will ship November 16.
O3 Entertaiment announced today that Alien Hominid, the publisher's upcoming 2D side-scrolling shooter for the PlayStation 2 and GameCube, has gone gold. Developed by The Behemoth, the game stars a tiny yellow alien run amuck in an Earth city set on his destruction. Alien Hominid originated as an Internet game that has racked up 6 million downloads since its introduction in 2002. It will ship to retail stores on November 16.
