The game strikes an excellent balance with just enough complexity to challenge and engage the established lover of business-based strategy simulations and the kind of clean and easy to use interface that can attract new players to the genre. While that may get it a thumbs down from hard core genre aficionados and the "ten minutes of Angry Birds" is all I want crowd, it's gaming goodness for everyone who resides between those two extremes. The graphics and sound are serviceable and perfectly suited to the game. The nostalgia factor for long-time gamers and the insights into the rudimentary elements of game design and development add to the game's fun factor.
