Fairly short, and a very easy 200 achievement points (gamer score) But then again - it's Galaga.
Unlike some of the other arcade classics on the XBox arcade - with enhanced graphics and new parts, this is just a port of plain Galaga.
You feel kind of let down with it. Sure it plays like the Galaga of old, but you get bored with it.
I guess for retro arcade fans - you get what you want, but you feel as though maybe more could have been given.
The game is way to easy on the XBox, which makes chasing that #1 spot on the leaderboard pointless.
Perhaps if they'd made it more of a challenge or added an enhanced mode like with all the Atari arcade games available on the XBox arcade you might be able to justify buying this
There's the usual 12 achievements worth 200 G (XBox Gamer score) but there incredibly easy to get and after you just wonder whats the point of still playing.
Id you want to play Galaga without loosing any quarters, download it on the PC or get an arcade classics compilation which always seems to have this on it, as this just seems like a waste of money.
