Another underappreciated gem in the Playstation library!

This game can best be described as a futuristic Auto Destruct.
Like Auto Destruct you have big cities that you can freely roam and do whatever you want it, but unlike Auto Destruct you get to use flying vehicles as well as ground based ones.

All in all there arde five different vehicles to pilot.
First off is the classic Havoc from the first G-Police which is a helicopter looking VTOL, a lot like the Orcas in Command & Conquer. Then we have the Venom which is like an upgraded version of the Havoc, they even have the same controls.
Next one up is the Corsair, a space fighter used in the later missions in the game that are played out in space, more like Colony Wars. It is a lot faster then the other flying crafts and uses different controls as it is used in the zero-gravity environment of space.
Then there's the Raptor, a mech with very good jumping capabilities thanks to its jet boosters and unfoldable wings for hang-gliding.
Last but not least we have the armored truck named Rhino. For a game with so many different types of vehicles the car physics of the Rhino are very well made.

The music in the game is good, some tracks are really good while others are just ok but nothing special. Everything said to you in the game is delivered by voice and text and the voice acting is good. All text messages are saved in a log so you can always check what your objectives are if forget what it is you're suppose to do.

The graphics are really good with only one flaw, it has extreme pop-up. other then that there are just tons of things going on on-screen and details and effects are plentiful and beautiful. You really get a feeling of life in the cities as there's lots of every-day traffic and other things going on around you.
So in my honest opinion I think the graphics make up for the pop-up really well and it sure didn't ruin my experience of the game.
