I'm not sure where the thing started, but I remember seeing this game and thinking, that is going to be horrible. Movies and TV shows just dont translate well to games, even back then. But I was suprized when I rented this because it was actually a good contra ripoff.

You played as several of the different characters from the GIJOE world and ran around with guns and whatnot in a more or less standard sidescrolling shooter. I just remember that you could play as snake eyes, and that was soo cool at the time. My how far we have come in 15 years.
