This game is NOT for everyone, but for those of you who it IS made for...this is a FUN game. Did I mention it's Free?

User Rating: 8.5 | Future Force Company Commander PC
Look I am going to be honest and let you know right off the bat two things about myself! 1) I am a straight up military nerd. 2) while I did not serve in the armed forces over half of my family has, many of them serving in combat from WWII to Korea and Vietnam. So from a very early age I have had a knowledge of certain things that would only benefit someone who: a] is in the military b] trying to purchase weapons (from a FAMAS to an F/A-18) and c] playing combat games and simulations.

I only mention what I did to explain something about the rating and review that I am going to give F2C2 (Future Force Company Commander). It's NOT for everyone...in fact it's not for many people at all. If you're lacking in any interest in realistic strategey games then don't even waste your time with the download. If you do however get off on trying to seal off a "hole" in your line by moving your ICVs & MCSs which provide LOS and BLOS...all the while your NLOS-C (with it's deadly MRSI) and your NLOS-M are blasting away at those little bastards then by all means--PLEASE--download this game.

Don't tell anyone, but I downloaded this game at work and started playing it and by mid-shift I was putting all three lines on hold and making excuses for why my work wasn't getting done! Seriously...this is an addicting game.

If you're a graphics wh*re then this isn't the game for you. That said, if your idea of "good graphics" is the use of maps that look similar to the maps that tank-commanders use then this game has sweet graphics. The cut scenes aren't anything special and look like first gen PS2 graphics. But then again...the game is free. So what do you expect.

As you can tell, writing is not my strong suit and I have my own doubts whether or not I created a clear review of F2C2. So maybe I need to write a simple conclusion. If you're into the differences that your NLOS-M (Non-Line-of-Sight Mortar) offers versus your NLOS-C (Non-Line-of-Sight Cannon)...then download this game. If you want hyperbolic graphics and gameplay of an ULTRA-unrealistic WoW then pass it up. The bonus F2C2 offers is some graphics of the U.S. Army's FCS (Future Combat System) which is pretty kick-a**.
