May be lots of fun if it's your type of game

There a lots of war games out there right now, new and old, and Full Spectrum Warrior obviously fits into that category. The game puts you in charge of 2 4-man units and pits you against anti-American forces. It takes a while to learn how to play the game, but luckily the tutorial takes care of that. Having said that, moving your squads around can be a little tricky at times. The game looks great, not super polished, but shows enough detail to be pleasant to look at. Sound is great - your squads and enemies voices get drowned out by gunfire during a firefight, voices sound faint at distances, and your men's equipment can be heard moving when they're running around. This is a good game for fans of strategy games, but don't expect to enjoy it as much if you're expecting more of a hands-on experience.
