What a game!!

When I first heard of this game in an XBOX magazine, I thought it was a third person shooter. I bought and thought I had made a £30 mistake. Until I put in my disc drive that is! This game introduces a very interesting idea, that unlike a tactical first person shooter like Brothers In Arms, you are a commander of two fire teams in the US Army. The game was originally designed for the US Army as a training tool in tactical warfare, which later on was changed for wider use by Pandemic. I really enjoyed the game which didn't get samey, because there were varying missions and part of a storyline. The storyline didn't really involve the squad but the things that were happening more wide scale in the Zekistan War. I especially like the ending of the game. Where you find the leader, who is quite like Saddam Hussayn and the Second Gulf War, he is in a truck but his engine has stalled, you order your squad to call in the Apaches and shoot their Hellfire missiles straight at him. I can't wait to get Ten Hammers, the sequel, as you can see in Q Blog.
