Excellent game for squad tactics.

User Rating: 7 | Full Spectrum Warrior PS2
You are put in charge of two squads and it is up to you to win the day.

Gameplay: Unlike most shooter games. This game is totally about tactics. You set your teams up and have them move and cover for one another. In most shooters you can take control of one team and just dominate in the game. However in Full Spectrum Warrior you must use the teams you are giving and you must learn how to work them together.

You will also have during some missions special ops soldiers who can do certain things your regular soldiers can not do.

The only downfall is that if you lose a solider it can hamper what you need to do. The game does allow you to take an injured solider to a medic but sometimes that can be a lengthy process.

Graphics: Slightly above average. There is plenty of eye candy. Overall this is a pretty decent game.

Sound: Is well above average. Each character in the game has a unique voice. This helps to add some nice ambiance to the game. However the repetitive nature will wear on most players. The other sounds fit in nicely and you can use it to tell where shots are being fired from at you.

Value: If you want a different shooter and a game more about tactics this is the game for you. Replay is kind of low but you can go back and see how to get through certain levels using different strategies. Overall though you just need to go from point to point and no need to take out all the enemies..

Tilt: I wanted to try this game because I am a big shooter fan. My personal preference are first and third person shooters where you control individuals. This game took some time before I was able to get in to it. If you are big fan of other shooters you might not like this game. So I would recommend renting before buying it.
