A fun game that is worth picking up if you can find it for a discount price.
Personally I find the game to be a load of fun. As the reviewer says, its nothing new. What it is though is a fun game that you can just play and have a good time with. Nothing is terrible about the game but there are certainly some great points to it.
Its not meant to be the most realistic shooter so don't expect any Rainbow 6 or Ghost Recon style shooting. Its not a complete arcade shooter either so no Unreal Tournament here. Its just a fun game with good graphics, a story you can sorta get behind and pretty good audio too from what I have seen so far.
The problem with having so many shooters is games can no longer be judged on their own merits. They are constantly compared to everything else. Had a person not played Call of Duty 4 or Advanced Warfighter 2 or whatever game you like, then they would think this was a great game. Judged on what it has to offer its definitely worth playing.
I didn't pick it up new because I just can't afford to buy every shooter but I did patiently wait till I could find it used and I did finally pick it up for $15. I have been playing it all night and I am having a great time so far.. Interested to see how the online is though..
