i dont know why but some people are saying they dont like her story line. Most people will only play Emma's storyline at first but when it comes to Alisa's most of them dont really finish it. I played and finish both (enjoyed too) storylines dozen of times i dont see why there is anything wrong with it. or is it because of Alisa's childish face?

I just finished [and enjoyed] Emma's storyline, but hasn't started Alisa's one 'cause I played too much of this game [over 50 hours] in a few days.
I'll get back to playing it after I get tired of playing the shmups I got.

I suspect that it is because there is less branching in the Alisa campaign, or maybe Liu is too creepy... or most of us don't feel like fighting against the Hua Lian Rebels, who are portrayed rather positively in Emma's campaign.

Actually its the other way around. Alisa story is generally more excepted overall than emma's. Well that is as far as the story is concerned Alisa's is better by a long shot and isn't riddled with filler and it stays true to what front mission is usually about. Emma story is also easier which is one reason why a lot of people probably like it and its longer so that's another reason if that's people's thing.

I never really felt like Emma's story had a ton of filler. It did have more of a downer ending, but during Alisa's story you go up against a lot of the people you thought of as good guys or allies in Emma's story.
Personally? Ehhh, Emma for overall story, but ALisa for that ending. Emma for not having to fight people I like, and I just like Emma better overall.
