Forza Motorsport 3 Video Review

Awaiting the arrival of FM3:Ultimate Collection for a tenner. Based on review & rating money well spent.

the video makes me want to buy the game, the guy presenting it doesn't.

Forza 3 is a year and a half older than GT5 and it's STILL better

gt5 is so bad in comparison to forza some people need to get real and realise that gt5 is crap (PS I DO HAVE GT5)

@Stuey14 although i disagree with El_Esbirro about his comment (racing games are awesome!). You are wrong to, this place is to comment and post your opinions so there is no other place for him to talk about it, seeing as this is the review of a racing game (the opinion of a racing game). another exucuse for a license war...oh well, RACING GAMES ARE A BORE! boring boring boring! that goes for both Forza and GTA crowds! racing games = snorefest galore!

oh and i forgot to mention that the only assist you can have on Iracing,is auto clutch(Not shifting)they put it there for people who's racing wheel sets don't have a clutch pedal.the only view is cocpit aswell.

I hate the people who think they are so good at racing games,when they play with all assists on and with a controller.xbox and ps3 are never going to be sim racers,just abit of both,or total arcade.if you think that u r really good at driving a car in this game,play Iracing on PC.it's the "Real"simulator with laser scanned tracks and cars.which hadle 99.9%like they would in real life.real drivers use it,no joke.check it out at iracing.com.

i checked out the debut trailer of forza 4, it has top gear in it, that will be pretty cool

I am a PS3 owner and I play GT5 but I must say, this looks very impressive.

i just got gt5. and I'm loving it. I really miss those options from forza2(since I did not play f3) witch were to be able to custom all your cars with every single parts of your car and then show it to the rest of the world in a online race. but I have to say that gt5 is also really good. I'm not sure but I think the control is better in gt5 but again, I have just thied the demo of forza3, not the full game. I have a question for all of you, whats the difference between gt5 and forza when looking at tracks? are they all the same of completely different? thanks!

It's completely a matter of opinion. If you like realistic driving, GT5 is the best game you can get. If you like really fun driving NFS: Hot Pursuit, and Forza is somewhere inbetween. The ratings gamespot have given however, fail to reflect this:(

I was GOING to get gt5........... but seeing as how it's just a "good" racer at best... I'm probably going to get this instead.. everyone seems to love it anyway... and the GT5 people can't shut up about it.. so obviously it's worth checking out lol

wow...........PS3 and GT5 fanboys bombarding this review just because GT5 had comparatively poor reviews compared to Forza 3. They never give up........ (Lets see how many thumbs down I get)

As a gamer I never judge what consoles players own. If you like Forza 3 then thats great if you like GT5 then thats great. Theres a different between Fanboys and real gamers. We gamers respect each other and compete in games where we use skills and not our mouth. Surely many fanboys have not played either games but just write stuff based on reviews. As a gamer you will own all hardware, PC and consoles. And with all hardwares we never bash games on the other consoles. We discuss them and play them together. So enjoy Forza 3 and GT5. Forza 3 is more of a game so its about fun, GT 5 is more sim so its more about challenge. Who cares about graphics when you have fun and challenge together. Happy gaming :)

@jr1809 - Certainly, dude. In my opinion it would be a much wiser investment in purchasing Forza 3 over GT5. My advice: BUY Forza 3, as it is cheap now anyway (which is not a bad thing at all! In fact, it's more of a benefit for you) and then RENT GT5. Compare both for yourself. However, this game plays out as well as it looks. Trust me, dude.

jr1809 this game looks good plays well, and it's cheap now, even for the latest edition, you won't look back. except for me, whose xbox broke...

This video is amazing. It makes you actually feel like you are going as fast as the odometer says unlike GT5 where at 100 mph you look like you are driving through a school zone.

Man I love how much you can customize your car in this game!

I'm a Sony-type gamer, I always have been. And although I comment here just as the review of GT5 had been published, I am not here to bash. Far from it. As I said, I'm a Sony guy, however, I also own an Xbox 360. I also own both GT5 and this, and I have to say, this game triumphs over GT5. No exaggeration. I like GT5, sure, however, this game is unspeakably awesome! I am more pumped for the release of Forza 4 than I was for GT5.

Hmmm, PS3 fan boys bashing F3 because GT5 got bad reviews. F3 was released over a year ago and F4 is on its way. Brilliant, can't wait.

Hmm. I'm not huge on racing games, so I never really paid much attention to Forza 3 when it came out, despite seeing the review scores. I was looking at GT5, because of all the hooplah and waving of arms about it over the years - and had a look at this for comparison, as many people are doing. I'm sure GT5 is good, but this looks incredible; I'm going to go pick this up right now. (Even so, I still wish for a Rallisport Challenge 3!)

Man this looks good...really, why did GT5 take 5 years to make. And seriously, this game visually looks more appealing then GT5. Have you seen GT5 scenery...Boring.

I only have a PS3 and plan on getting GT5, but this game looks awesome compared to GT5...plus it appears to be more user friendly. Down the road, I might purchase an Xbox only to try Forza and Gears of war. Seems like a complete game and I could care less for real life physics if thats the only reason why some or all GT fans say GT is better than this. The tracks and races look more alive...GT5 looks boring.

gran turismo is the reason most of us veteran gamers like racing games in the first place........ i really wanted gran turismo to be great but i turned forza back on 2 hours after i bought it.forza 3 is a more complete game than gt5 or should i say gt 4.2. I likw forza better for the pure fact that i know i will never beat all of the races. gt5 is 80% licence test like events and a very short career or a-spec mode. b-spec is a joke and the ai is retarted.....im not a fanboy or either series becuse ive played ll forza's and gran turismos but as of right now forza is the king of racing

I have to unbiasedly say GT5.I'm not suggesting Forza 3 is bad by any mean,it clearly isn't but as a driving game you can't really get a better feel for it then in GT.GT5 is no different,it's superb.

GT5 online multiplayer 16 cars!!.....

playing GT5 premium cars in premium circuits with the climate system is the most real thing ever on videogames!!! (playing the non-premiums is like forza)........GT5 better option!
