Great Game. and one of the best graphics on the XBOX.

Forza has been in development probably longer than you think, and it's payed off. All those delays and disappointed fans were all in good cause. Because Forza is out now, and it's beautiful. First thing I'll talk about is the selection. There is 230 cars and about 50 tracks to choose from, which isn't a ton for a racing sim, but seems to work just fine for Forza. The tracks are really nice and the backgrounds are unheard of in racing games. In short, everything just looks really nice. The gameplay is enhanced by the "suggested line" feature. It is a line on the ground the shows you the best route to take, as well as when to slow down, coast, and accelerate. However, as nice as it is, you can sometimes brake a little less and coast a little more than it tells you to to gain a little time. The music itself isn't really that great, but it will take a turn for the better when you play your own custom soundtracks while you race. Another feature that is very cool is the drivatar system. It lets you create your own AI by the computer studying the way you race. Not just any race however, you actually have to go to a certain section and do selected races with selected cars in order to train your drivatar. This process takes a little under an hour, but can be well worth it if you create a good drivatar. After you do, you can put the drivatar in any race and have him race for you. The online play is easily accessible via the same way you race in the career mode. This makes it easy to get back and forth between online racing and career racing. Lastly, there is a learning curve if you're not familiar with racing sims. The first few races were frustrating to me, but once I got through it I found myself having a lot of fun. If you like racing sims or are interested in the genre, this is should be an easy descision.
