How to play DLC cars?

I went to the in-game store to buy a Jeep Wrangler. The game sent me to XBLA Marketplace. I payed 400 Microsoft Points for the car pack and downloaded it. I went back to the in-game store to buy the car with in-game credits. It sends me back to XBLA Marketplace. It confirms I already downloaded the car pack.
