xbox one port forwarding help

Hello,

I am trying to manually open ports on my modem (actually a gateway: netgear cg3300) which I think I did, but I have a few questions... It doesn't allow me to open the port 53 on both TCP and UDP, so instead I opened two 53 ports, one TCP and the other UDP, anyone knows if that would be a problem?

Second, xbox.com tells us that we also have to open other ports but just on UDP or TCP like port 88 UDP. Can we simply open the port 88 TCP UDP (both) and assume it will work?

I'm really new at this and my modem/gateway is not on portforward.com... So if anyone can give clarifications, it will be greatly appreciated!

Also, when I check my ping on PC (on the same network) it's between 20 and 30. On xbox one it's between 205 and 220!!! How is that possible?
