Xbox One not loading disc (Not grinding problem)

Until now I have been playing Xbox One games without a disc since i've bought them on the Xbox store. But i just got Forza 5 on a disc and when i put it in the disc drive, i hear a humming sound for 3 seconds, then it stops. After that, absolutely nothing happens. I have tried to comepletely reboot the system. I even comepletely unplugged the Xbox. Still nothing worked. PLEASE HELP ME

ya that wouldn't have helpped.

1: put a dvd in or something and see if it reads. If not call xbox

2: if it does read take the disc back to the store

Yep, but rather than a DVD try a blu-ray TC.
