my xbox has been working fine until now. When I turn it on it on it gets stuck on the Xbox one logo screen after doing the sound and animation. I have tried doing everything I know to do, power cycling, unplugging, waiting, etc ... Anyone had this issue and found a valid fix?
Also, my Kinect will not power on at all from the looks of it.
I was told by Xbox Customer Support that it was a software issue and I then tried to run the offline system diagnostic tool, but when I did that I got an error screen. Customer Support told me to send it in. This doesn't really make sense on why I would have to send it in for a software problem, but I cannot find any other cases exactly like mine on the internet.
