when i am on xbox live my xbox every 10 mins it says disconected from xbox live and i have to recconet but the cords are still pluged in ... can som1 help me

Do you have wireless or wired, its likely a router issue.

Sounds like a router issue to me too. Try to go to your system blade and run a xbox live connection test. If your NAT shows up strict or moderate. Click the edit button to check out the steps you can take to get it open. My guess is your router is strict currently.
