My friend told me he couldnt get crackdown yet and that its not coming out till the 20th or somthing. But i saw it today in the store after my docters appointmen so i picked it up.

Anyone else have it yet and whens the real release date?

Um, I've had it for nearly two weeks, to the guy who said liar, why don't you check out live, many people already have gamer points and acheivements related to the full version, thousands of people. Many retailers will sell it early to boost their profits for the month, although illegal. I believe the real realease date is the 20th, but I'm not 100% on that. I've done the first two islands and got bored already, maybe I'll come back to it after I finally finish Gears.

I don't think I'll be picking it up...wasn't impressed with the demo, and I'm not interested in the Halo beta.

Isn't it a bit early to be picking it up? Mine should be on the way just before the European release date. I won't be able to play it since this is like the one time the Xbox 360 wants to break down on me. I've got to send it back and swap for a new one now through a courier.

I hated the demo but i am loving the game.. its awesome to be a super hero and the art/graphics are a breath of fresh air/. this game owns!
