where can i get plentyful amounts of lockpicks in oblivion

I think if you get a homeless person to like you in the imperial city then they'll give you enough intel to join the thieves guild. Once you do that you can buy as many picks as you want. Another option is to get arrested, that's another way to get into the thieves guild.

1) Get 1 and dupe it. 2) You can buy them from fences once you join the Theives Guild.riskers

You can duplicate them, buy them from fences, or even get the unbreakable lockpick by doing a quest for one of those statues or something like that.

the bow trick. launch an arrow, and then go to your inventory, unequip the arrows(it will say cannot unequip while attacking) then go to any item , drop it, and how ever many arrows you have: say 20: you will drop 20 of that item, make any sense?

Do the Daedric Quest "Nocturnal"... find her shrine near Leyawin (sic?). You don't need an offering, you just need to be level 10. The quest is one of the easier Daedric Quests and as a reward you get the Skeleton Key... which is a lockpick that never breaks. Possibly the best Daedric artifact you can get, depending on your play style.

EDIT: Using glitches like "duping" is really cheap. Play the game for real.
