Here is the page I'm at now. I selected the type of router I have and I want to open ports for my 360. What do I click? I put my NETGEAR disc in and I am currently here... I need to know the "service name."

It doesn't matter, it's only a label that you use to categorize what you're doing with your port forwarding. You can name it whatever you like.
