I don't really get the opportunity to do long gaming sessions anymore, but a few years ago when I first got my 360 I would do long gaming sessions whenever I had a break from classes and work. It was almost a routine for me to sit down with a new-to-me game at the end of every midterm and just play for 15 hours.
Not including stopping to go to the bathroom, I played GTA4 for about 24 hours. I remember coming home from work at like 9 at night and didn't work the next day, and I didn't stop playing until night time the next day. It was definitely one of those "just one more mission" playing sessions.
I think mines was about 9-10 hours, a few weeks after Gears of War 2 launched. I had about 8 friends online. We were in a party chat, playing horde then some ranked matches and just messing around in custom lobbies. I miss those days.

My God i miss those days too. When you had 4-6 solid friends on live who would play with you for ages. Man that was awesome.
holy crap. The longest I played my 360 straight was probably like 6 hours maybe. When I played WoW though my typical day could be 12 hours or longer on weekend.
last year there were people that played halo 2 until there original xbox died because MS cut off the online service. I wonder how much time they logged in

I do indeed love SF.. SF4 and SSF4 are my most played games this entire gen. Though I much prefer the older SF games.. alpha 2 and SF3 are immense.
Yea.. 5 hours Continious -Break (lunch) 5 hours morethen some (snack) then more 2-3 hrs(dinner) then went to sleep thinking about what a game capcom has come up with :P
Total game play was like almost 13 hrs the day I got it.
Around 16 hours when I got my Xbox 360 the day after christmas (2010) and played Halo: Reach. I was playing firefight from 11 am and then somewhere at 9pm I played campaign (The missions after Lone Night on Solace) until 1 am with my friend and then I played some firefight until 3 am and fell asleep and the xbox was on. I woke up 6 am because I didn't turn off the xbox and woke up to a rocket hitting my character... I felt like I was drunk when I woke up.
On the weekends if i have nothing to do and the wife doesn't bother me i have the option to play the entire day which usually is about a 16 hour period. There has been some times that ive played that entire time. Sometimes only playing a single game if it holds my interest long enough.

Oh god. Well original xbox, i played Halo 2 for like 20ish hours once on a sunday. way back when. lately probably Gears for like 10 hours. Or maybe Lost Odyssey for about the same, don't remember.

O dont get me wrong, if its not Tetris or Crazy Taxi she hates video games and me playing them. For me to get a full day she has to be gone from the house like out spending money, working, or seeing family lol.
If shes home, 16 hours, yea right. I may get 4 divided up 4 times. I do believe she would set my whole entertainment center on fire if she could.
