ok, so I JUST got Call of Duty 3 and I was at my friends house playing it and he moved his 360 from horizontal to vertical WHILE we were playing it!!! and now it has this mark thats in a perfect circle. It still works but only in singleplayer, whenever I try to load up multiplayer it freezes. My question is, will using a Disk Doctor fix it? or should i just go and return it...
its just this scratch thats in a perfect circle near the outside of the disk, if you wanna know what it looks like, put your 360 in the vertical postion then put a game in and turn it on, then move it to horizontal while its on. then look at the disc THATS what it looks like. (no buit seriously, dont do it..)
BUMP, so NO ONE has any ideas? i want to konw if disk doctor will make it work before i do it because if it doesnt and i try to return it, they most likely wont take it back...

since it was damaged after you purchased it, they dont' have to replace it, if you say it was damaged when you bought it, they may replace it. either way, you should still make your friend take care of it. he was stupid and moved the 360 while you were playing the game, thats not your fault, it's his. if you screwed up one of his games, i can almost guarantee you, he would expect you to take care of it

ok, so he's not a very good friend, and he's an idiot. maybe you need a new friend? just a thought. He destroys your games and doens't take responsibility for it, and he punches you in the face, sounds like a winner to me.....
yeah i personaly dont like him taht much, but i've known him since 2nd grade...

well, it's obvious that it happened from the Xbox being moved, that's the only way to get a perfect circle scratch on it. You just better hope the clerk is cool. If you still have the receipt and bought it within the last 30 days, it may be easier for you.
