Just check 1 more time that you did all activities.....that includes demolition derby....(if you havent got the demo demon achivement then you havent done the demo derby at lvl8 or uve used cheats)
same problem hear, the only achievement i got was one at the start, im at the end but i dont want to finish it because i can restart but if i do that ill have to do it again hay ho mr ho bo im talking crap again.

dude you should get every achievemnet for the activities. That includes JUMPED THE SHARK which is the loan activity i gurantee you havnt got that yep I think that would be it :)
