Return it. Try and remove the stains and return it. That or call up Microsoft for assisstance. What the hell do we look like saints or something? (Ok, fine, maybe I'm a saint, but what does everyone else look like to you?)
How would we POSSIBLY know how to fix a 360 that has ketchup on it?
