Ok this getting Annoying NOW

First Evil Within won't instal now my other games won't instail WTF is going on from I've read around the this the same trouble some others have had since the last update

Same problem with me I haven't played games in weeks. I had nba2k 15 since release and still didn't play cuz it won't get past 100% install. Now I got the same issue with The Evil Within this shit crazy

Took almost a full 24 hours for forza horizon 2 to install on one of my consoles. Now it wont sync to the cloud.
