Its all based on the sponsor. Old Spice clearly doesn't care for canadians, the English, or that upside-down continent, sorry. Seriosuly tho, it is based on the sponsor preference, and really, so far this Rewards thing has been nothing but a joke, people scrambling like crazy and staking out a website for 2 days to get at worst a 5 dollar game or at best a 50 dollar game that really isn't that great to begin with. Hopefully this contest stuff will evolve and be much better in the future.
