Don't all 360 games need to run at at least that?

I don't really "get" all this HDTV nonsense, but it says here http://www.xbox.com/en-GB/games/c/chromehounds/ that it runs at 1080i, and since that's a bigger number than 480 I can only assume that that answers your question.

480p is standard def, why the hell would it not run properly? 1080i is what its capable of, not what it must run at. All games work on all SD and HD tv's, certain games require 60hz but all TV's in the past 18 year will likely have that.

Oh well, I lost, guess I will get Gears of war, and guess what? I found it CHEAP! $50 New Zealand, pretty cheap in New Zealand ($85 New, $120 for collectors edition)

The Xbox 360 has an onboard scaler that takes care of putting your games into whatever resolution they need to be at. ALL Xbox 360 games will run at 480p if that's what you need.

A few games such as Dead Rising have fonts that are unreadable on anything less than a 1080i/720p HDTV, but the reviews/boards will mention that if there is a problem.

Believe it or not, our $150 US TUBE TELEVISION is a HD-TV lolz, but I don't wanna try it on a $150 HD-TV lol.Â
